Each of us has the right to seek justice through the law. When you need legal service in your association but are unable to afford it due to your financial means, you can apply for legal aid via Auslaw Partners.
A charity event that Auslaw proudly holds every year, with the selfless aim of helping international community organisations and associations improve their legal awareness and safeguard their legal rights and interests.
As Australia's multicultural community grows exponentially, we understand how individuals may feel the pressures from new immigration environment, cultural and language assimilation. Therefore, we feel a responsibility to give these multicultural communities a voice and protect the public interest of their respective groups. The work with these Australian non-profit organisations never ends.
For a discounted rate of $4,400 AUD yearly to a mere $1 AUD, we provide 10 hours of online consultation and compliance advice. Our diverse and talented team will be more than happy to assist in drafting, reviewing and revising legal documents and ensuring compliance of the signing organisation.
Associations are required to meet the following criteria to be eligible to apply for the legal aid:
Please mark "Community Legal Advisory Services 2024 - Association Name" on the email subject. Subsequently, Auslaw Partners will issue a letter of attorney and an invoice for $1 AUD (excluding GST) for the association to make payment.
Please note that any incorrectly submitted named submissions or applications submitted via other means will not be processed.

Our organisation primarily assists women in establishing economic and social learning, participating in integration, and embracing Australian cultural values. We learned through a friend's referral that Auslaw Partners provides a $1 public legal aid service, helping us more effectively deal with related legal issues, protect our rights, and have been a great help to us!
